The R&D and Testing Platform for Fuel Cell and Hybrid Drive

Function: 


The platform is an integrated experimental platform of fuel cell power generation technology and hybrid drive technology. It is mainly used for the dynamic presentation of fuel cell hybrid drive characteristics, simulation research, optimization research of drive system control strategy, verification of the principle of fuel cell locomotive/hybrid   locomotive, technology research and development, scientific tests and so on.


Structure:


The platform mainly consists of hybrid drive development and test platform itself and the necessary infrastructure for conducting the corresponding research. The infrastructure consists of hydrogen supply system, air supply system, gas transmission and distribution pipe network and explosion-proof security system. Hybrid drive development and test platform consists of three child platform.They are fuel cell technology test platform, small and medium power hybrid application development platform and high power hybrid drive experiment platform. Different power levels are available for fuel cell hybrid power system and its application research on this platform. The following figure shows the system structure block diagram of the platform.
