From and above existing technology, the symbolic achievement “traction substation automatic system for high-speed railway” is gained in the center, which has reached international advanced level. So far, 11 patents and 18 software copyrights have been authorized. The industrialization of the achievement is realized in an industrialization base, Chengdu SWJTU-XJ Electric Co., Ltd. Over 100 sets of the system are produced annually, and annual production value is over 100 million RMB. Owing to the improved and advanced function and cheaper price, only 1/3 to 1/2 of abroad same products, the system have been applied in over 20 high-speed railways, including Beijing-Shanghai line, Wuhan-Guangzhou line, Zhengzhou-Xi’an line, Harbin-Dalian line and so on. More than 300 sets of the system have been put into use and the market share is over above 60%, which makes the company a leading enterprise in the railway substation automation system producing industry. Moreover, this achievement has largely improved the industry technology and led to a growth in related industries, including electronics, mechanics and software.
