The achievements consist of two parts, one is the detection apparatus for high-speed OCS, the other is the detection apparatus for electrical equipment insulation in traction power supply system. Associated outcomes have been identified by Sichuanprovince, which gain prizes as follows: the second prize of the National Scientific and technological progress, the first prize of Scientific and technological progress inSichuanProvince, the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress in China Railway Society. 11 invention patents have been authorized. Above achievements have been realized industrialization by the cooperation of three company, annual output reaches 100 units, and these apparatus have been put into use by several railway administration such asBeijing,Xi’an,Wuhan. These achievements greatly promoted the detection technology of high-speed railway OCS and the operation condition of key electrical equipment in traction power supply system, which provides technical and equipment support for the safe and reliable operation of traction power supply system. NEEC and cooperative enterprises have become a R&D and production base for electrified railway electrical testing equipment.
